So the next time he comes over, the short term goal would be to say, &quot;It&#039;s good to see you.&quot; The mid term goal would be to take him to his favorite restaurant once a month and the long term goal would be to send as many people as you can to him. See how setting goals is productive and easy?</description>

Before reading this blog, my original resolution was to be nicer to my trainer.  But now I know that the goal is just too big and not achievable!  So now my new goal is to shave another 5 minutes off my half marathon time (long term) and to stop eating after 9pm (short term)!!
